Good resource, needs some refinement
This package offers a decent starting point for anyone looking to build an online lottery-related business. The templates are usable, although a bit generic. I found the instructions a little confusing in places, and some of the examples could be more up-to-date. It's definitely a good value for the price, but expect to spend some time customizing things to make them truly your own.
